Professional countertop combined hot dog machine, designed to speed up sandwich preparation in fast-food outlets, kiosks, snack bars, cinemas, and mobile events.
This machine combines in a single station both steam cooking and hot holding of sausages, together with internal bread heating.
This allows you to cook the sausages using humidity and keep them warm without drying out, while also offering excellent product visibility to the customer.
Next to the glass chamber, the appliance features the bun warming section equipped with 4 vertical heated spikes. Each spike is 220 mm high and is designed to quickly pierce and heat the inside of hot dog buns, making them crispy and ready to be filled and topped with sauces.
