Single Guitar + 3 frames (37.5-30-22.5 mm)
SINGLE GUITAR, pastry cutter, consists of a sturdy aluminum base and stainless steel frames that allow you to cut chocolate cremini, pastry sheets, ganache, semifreddos, and pastry products with a soft dough.
The single version allows you to cut chocolate cremini in one direction (the product will then need to be turned to obtain squares and rectangles).
The guitars are supplied with a practical stainless steel cake turner and a kit for replacing the wires.
The guitar is not suitable for frozen products or products with hard dough.
It is supplied with 3 frames: 37.5 - 30 - 22.5 mm.
