Single Guitar Base - without frames
SINGLE GUITAR, pastry cutter, consists of a sturdy aluminum base and stainless steel frames that allow you to cut chocolate cremini, pastry sheets, ganache, semifreddo, and pastry products with a soft dough.
The single version allows you to cut chocolate cremini in one direction (the product must then be rotated to obtain squares and rectangles).
It is customizable by choosing from 5 interchangeable stainless steel frames with wire spacing of 37.5 mm, 30 mm, 22.5 mm, 15 mm, and 7.5 mm.
The guitars are supplied with a practical stainless steel cake turner and a kit for replacing the wires.
The guitar is not suitable for frozen products or hard dough.
