The digital control panel, thanks to the special scroller knob, allows you to set SuperTop in an extremely easy and intuitive way. It is also possible to differentiate the power of the heating elements in the 3 top zones and the 3 bottom zones (mouth, center, back), ensuring uniform pizza baking and minimizing operator intervention.
The stainless steel front can be customized with different colors and textures.
