The 2300/SP30 countertop dough sheeter, with high precision, features stainless steel rollers with a width of 300 mm, appropriately grooved for all types of dough sheets.
This grooving allows for a slightly rough dough sheet for better adherence of condiments.

- Half-moon lever with quick lock to memorize the thickness of the last dough sheet pass.
