3200/LM42R sheeter with double independent feed for introducing dough up to a thickness of 40 mm.
Equipped with a pair of solid stainless steel rough rollers, obtained through a special knurling treatment for a rough sheet, similar to that achieved with a rolling pin.
Exclusive micrometric dough thickness adjustment system with a practical lever that, acting on a gear system, allows continuous variation of the roller opening from 0 to 15 mm.
Prepared for quick-attach pasta cutter.
