Professional and fixed version of the Gaggia Ruby line, configured to eliminate the manual tank and connect directly to the local water supply.
This specific setup transforms the machine into a continuous and autonomous system: water is drawn directly from the mains and internal pressure is managed by a commercial-grade rotary pump (instead of a vibration pump), ensuring maximum quietness, stable 9-bar pressure, and consistent dispensing.
The presence of the professional rotary pump requires a fixed connection also to optimize the hydraulic stability of the models.
This model also offers the possibility to use optional portafilter kits suitable for professional capsules (Caffitaly®, Espresso Point®, Hausbrandt®, Lavazza Blue®, and Nespresso®) and ESE certified paper pods.
