PIDUE is an automatic sheeter with single or double mixing bowl for the production of dough sheets with a width of 168 mm and a thickness of 2.5 mm. PIDUE with extruder is an automatic sheeter with double bowl, with the upper bowl equipped with an extruder head that produces any type of pasta simply by changing the die (bronze dies are available for a rougher pasta and PTFE dies for a shinier and more transparent pasta). PIDUE features an external structure in anodized aluminum and parts in contact with the dough in stainless steel, safety button, and power indicator light; it complies with current safety regulations.
