Compact and high-performance countertop dough divider-rounder, perfect for small and medium productions. Semi-automatic and extremely easy to use. Supplied with a stainless steel bowl for holding the dough to be divided, and two portion trays. The rounding operation is automatic and controlled by a timer. This allows for continuous use of the machine: while the machine rounds the portions produced using one of the two trays, the operator can empty the previously rounded tray and reload the stainless steel bowl with new dough to be portioned. The rounding process is gentle and performed without stressing the dough. With this machine, excellent results can be achieved, making portioning and rounding operations accessible even to non-expert staff.
