High-tech double electric contact grill with Clam system, allowing food to be cooked simultaneously on both sides, preventing thermal shock and eliminating the need for manual flipping.
Automatic lid opening: once the set timer has finished, the upper plate lifts automatically via a piston, preventing food from burning or drying out even if the operator is busy with other tasks.
The electronic control panel allows for precise, millimetric adjustment of time and temperature (up to 300°C) and includes 3 preset programs to standardize product cooking.
The 10 mm chrome steel lower plate retains heat impeccably, ensuring perfect meat sealing and keeping juices inside.
The upper plate is flexible and automatically adapts to thicknesses from 1 to 20 mm without crushing or deforming the food.
Equipped with a front removable drawer for collecting residual cooking fats.
