Chitalira

CHITALIRA is the line of cutters for hard mass products, with inclusions (dried fruit and various grains), semifreddos and similar items, which cannot be cut with manual guitars. The frame with the cutting wires is fixed, set at a diagonal angle to the product, which is pushed towards the frame itself to be cut. In this way, the wires always have the correct angle, allowing even harder products to be cut.
• Base dimensions: 40x40 cm.
• Operated by hand crank.
• Interchangeable frames with different wire spacing, in multiples of 5 mm from 15 up to 100 mm.
• Easily disassembled to facilitate cleaning operations.
