Reliable and durable dough sheeter designed to be efficient and easy to clean. Side frames made of anti-corrosion aluminum alloy. All moving parts are equipped with ball bearings. Removable and interchangeable scrapers, both lower and upper, prevent the accumulation of flour or dough. The conveyor belt controls are convenient and precise. The machine can roll any type of dough and produce thin and uniform sheets. The belts can be raised to minimize the machine's footprint when not in use and are also removable for cleaning operations.
