Equipped with a pair of solid stainless steel rough rollers, obtained through a special knurling treatment for a rough sheet, just like the one made with a rolling pin.
Exclusive micrometric dough thickness adjustment system with a practical lever that, operating on a gear system, allows continuous variation of the roller opening from 0 to 15 mm.
Prepared for quick-attach pasta cutter.
