Automatic Dough Divider for dividing dough into 20 pieces of equal weight, square shape. Particularly suitable for the production of Baguette, Filoni or elongated bread, portions the dough to be subsequently rounded or rolled. Pressing and cutting are electronically controlled via a control lever located on the front panel. The opening and closing of the lid are performed manually.
