MINI CHITARRA, pastry cutter, consists of a sturdy aluminum base and stainless steel frames that allow you to cut chocolate cremini, pastry sheets, ganache, semifreddo, and pastry products with a soft dough.
The mini chitarra is supplied with two frames with wire spacing of 22.5 mm and 30 mm, a practical stainless steel cake turner, and a kit for replacing the wires.
The chitarra is not suitable for frozen products or hard dough.
