Glazing sprayer Bagnerina - with plate for panettone
BAGNERINA is a sprayer for syrups and liqueurs equipped with a multi-needle system to moisten panettoni and large leavened products internally. The needles have lateral holes positioned at multiple points to ensure even soaking of the panettone.
• Bagnerina is equipped with an external 5-liter syrup tank. 10 and 20-liter containers are also available upon request.
• To operate, Bagnerina must be connected to an air compressor, available upon request.
• Possibility of automatic dosing, to always spray the same amount of liquid inside the product.
• For periods of non-use, a protective cover is provided for the needles.
• Foot pedal included.
• Bagnerina is a Patent Pending product.
