Gas rotisserie for spit-roasting piglets, lambs, shanks, hams, etc.
Rotating spits with 230V motors, capable of ensuring even cooking and perfect external browning of meats. Ideal for restaurants and farmhouses, as they can cook cuts that cannot normally be handled in traditional convection ovens, thanks to the spit which provides a useful length of up to 1100 mm and a meat diameter of up to 340 mm. Easy to place thanks to the reduced depth (only 600 mm).
Electric ignition of burners and safety valve (LPG nozzles as standard, methane nozzles also supplied). Internal lighting.
Supplied with a large stainless steel container for collecting cooking juices.
