Gas frytop on a large and practical open compartment. The two independent zones, which can be turned on and regulated separately, are powered by stainless steel burners, equipped with a safety thermocouple, pilot flame and electric ignition to guarantee maximum efficiency and speed in use. Each zone develops a power of 5KW and is characterized by stable and uniform heat, making the frytop ideal for direct cooking of food. The plate is slightly inclined to facilitate the draining of fats and cooking liquids into the practical stainless steel collection drawer, removable and dishwasher safe. Height-adjustable feet.
