G2 is a gnocchi machine with piston feed. This machine presses and extrudes the dough without altering its structure. RAW MATERIAL: potatoes, flour, and other flavorings. Its operation is simple and efficient; it features an anodized aluminum external structure and stainless steel parts in contact with the dough. G2 is equipped with a control panel and complies with current safety regulations.
