Electric teppanyaki with one cooking zone - on open cabinet - depth 70
Smooth Japanese cooking plate in special polished hard chrome steel, 15 mm thick, with high thermal conductivity, easy to clean, and low radiation level to prevent unnecessary and annoying heat dispersion into the environment. This allows for significant energy savings. Perimeter channel with a drain hole and a drawer for collecting cooking residues. Uniform temperature distribution is ensured by fixing the steel heating element blocks directly to the underside of the plate.
