High-performance countertop pasta cooker designed for intensive use in restaurants, brasseries, fast food outlets, and large-scale kitchens. The machine combines in a single workstation the functions of heating, immersion, and draining of baskets to support continuous service operations.
The machine includes a front drain valve for safely emptying used water, as well as a front filling valve.
At the rear, there is an overflow valve and provision for direct connection to the water supply network.
A practical compartment/housing is integrated for storing the round basket plate underneath the machine.
