CHOCOPINTO extraction booth
CHOCOPINTO is the booth designed to extract suspended particles during the spraying of chocolate and cocoa butter.
• Sturdy structure in stainless steel 304.
• Three-stage filtration system:
- “Andreae” cardboard filter to push particles inside the booth, towards the second filtration stage.
- Flat filters with two steel meshes.
- HEPA filter for noise reduction and final purification of the air returning to the environment.
• Upon request, also available with wheels for easy movement.
