SFB600 Bench Sheeter - Top 1000mm

Professional countertop dough sheeter designed for pastry shops, bakeries, restaurants, and pizzerias.
Allows you to laminate and roll out various types of dough: puff pastry, shortcrust, croissant, and pizza, achieving different thicknesses quickly and precisely, down to very thin levels. Countertop model, ideal for placement directly on work tables. Equipped with a graduated front lever (visible in the center) to manually and precisely set the distance between the laminating rollers in millimeters.
Includes liftable stainless steel safety grids and a red mushroom emergency stop button located on the top.
