Double Guitar Base - without frames
DOUBLE GUITAR, pastry cutter, is made of a sturdy aluminum base and stainless steel frames that allow you to cut chocolate cremini, pastry sheets, ganache, semifreddos, and pastry products with a soft dough.
The double guitar allows you to cut the product in two directions, immediately obtaining perfect rectangles and squares.
The double guitar is customizable by choosing from 5 interchangeable stainless steel frames with wire spacing of 37.5 mm, 30 mm, 22.5 mm, 15 mm, and 7.5 mm.
The guitars are supplied with a practical stainless steel cake turner and a kit for replacing the wires.
The guitar is not suitable for frozen products or products with hard dough.
