Cutting table, 2000 mm tops
Cutting table specifically designed to be integrated downstream of sheeters. This system allows the outgoing dough sheet to be cut into different formats.
It works in synergy with the sheeter to receive the dough sheet continuously and linearly. It uses different cutting rollers to vary production according to needs and allows cutting and forming a wide range of products.
