Stainless steel smoker with lid and side oven, designed for smoking various types of food such as meat, fish, and cheese.
Can be used with different wood chips to impart aroma and flavor to the product, such as acacia, hornbeam, cherry, beech, hazelnut, or oak barrique chips.
The smoke gives a distinctive taste and aroma to the food and increases its shelf life.
It can be equipped with an electric ignition kit, which allows smoke generation, and is fitted with a safety timer for automatic shut-off.
